If your child participates in any sport or band, grades 7-12, they are required to have a sports physical on file before they can participate with their team sport or band.  They are required to have a physical each year.

The Guide to Concussions can also be printed below.  The school encourages all parents to read through the guide to better understand a concussion and what you can do to help your child if they were to get a concussion during any activity.

Forms are available in your child's school office or can be printed off below. Forms are due to your child's school office by March 7, 2025.

Click on the link below for a free and reduced lunch application.  You only need to fill out one form for all the kids in your family.  Forms can be returned to Central Office or the building your child attends.  Each family who fills out a form for the 2023-2024 school year will receive $25 in Clark County Chamber Bucks.  The USDA is no longer providing free meals to all students.  All students will pay full price this year unless the family qualifies for free or reduced lunch.  The lunch prices are $2.40 for K-5 and $2.65 form 6-12.  The breakfast prices are $1.75 for K-12.

The state of Missouri in cooperation with the Highway Patrol has created a new emergency tip line (Courage2Report) for students, parents, and community members. The new tip line has an app (Courage2Report) which can be downloaded to your phone. Any threat that is reported on the tip line will go directly to a person monitoring the tip line for the Department of Public Safety 24 hours a day. The tip will also go to the building principal's cell phone and email within minutes of being submitted. This will allow school officials to take any necessary actions based on the tip.

Clark County R-1 Schools has been able to digitize class composites for Wyaconda, Revere, Luray, Kahoka, and Clark County with our Podium program.  Barb Neyens donated the memorials left for her late husband, and former CCR-1 Board President, Jerry Neyens to help complete the project. The school will also add many other pictures to the program as we move forward. We hope you enjoy these.

Kahoka Bus Stops

The School Board at the May board meeting established fees and protocal to receive an access card for the public to use school facilities.  You can print off the form below and bring it to Central Office or stop in Central Office and fill out a form.  The charge to receive an access card is $20 and we will accept cash only.  You must reserve the gym, cafeteria, etc..... at the builidng you are wanting to use prior to coming to Central Office.  The cost for the card is $20.  If you keep the card for less than 1 week, we will refund the entire $20.  If you keep the card for longer than 1 week, we will refund $10 when the card is turned in.  Cards suffer from wear over time and will need to be replaced.  The $10 kept by the District will go towards purchasing new cards.  Please call Central Office at 660-727-2377 if you have any questions.
